Use of Student “Apprentices“ in Year 6
On two days per week, Personalized Learning lessons in year 6 are staffed additionally to the class teacher with two student apprentices. These so called “INDIVE-Praktikanten” ( individualise, differentiate, vernetzten = net), are in their second semester of studying to become a teacher at the University Duisburg-Essen. They support Pupils and class teachers in their work.
